The overall lay-out bugs, but I think you are working hard on that. And please fix it for mobile-phones too :P.

Let it make a capital letter for every new sentence (after a "."), or make it able for browsers to do so (Google Chrome can do it automaticly)!

the sugjestion of adding a module to earn stripes is a very good idea .
i used to be a long time in the 47th clan and they had this to , people really got motivated to play wars , cause it added a lot of points for stripes ....wins losses , etc..... anyhow, people got very motivated to get to forums/website to earn the stripes . I'd say go for it

Quoting shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

The chat thing will require rewriting the entire module, but maybe i can find an other way to do it (for example multiple public channels).

Team screen should be fairly easy to implement.

section for teams next to member list so any member can browse teams and choose to join any team

and also like and quotation for posts and comments

I suggest to add chat for each team and the feature of add new people to this chat like Facebook
