Thanks Green, I checked GameTracker on my phone after your message (PC was off) and it was on a different map with ~15 players, so it seemed to have worked. Never seen this issue before though.

Is a hard restart something I can do? Or do I need direct access to the VPS for that?

Can someone restart the server? It got stuck after a round finished. Didn't start a new round. Admin commands like ad_restart and ad_map are not working! Even tried to kick all players including myself to see if it would restart the round. But no luck so far.
